We initially bought our house through A H Lansley some years ago, and they were our first choice to re-sell it when we were ready to move. The property photos and marketing that Christian and Paul put together, were fantastic, and after just a couple of days we had numerous viewings booked in and several offers followed. Paul's experience was clear, as he negotiated the various offers and the team verified everyone very quickly. Throughout the sales process, there were challenges as expected, and some communication issues with those involved in the chain, but Lauren kept us updated nearly every day, tirelessly chasing the chain through when she often got no helpful reply. The lovely friendly nature of the team, their invaluable experience and constant communication, meant that our sale went through and we would not hesitate to use A H Lansley again in the future! Thank you all!
