Very satisfied with the service provided by Century 21. They dealt with our initial enquiry promptly, made the arrangements to market the property very swiftly and kept us informed at every stage. Their handling of the negotiation of offers was excellent, with enough detail on the bidders to help us make our final choice. I'd thoroughly recommend them to other prospective buyers and sellers.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
