Selling a listed cottage in a flood risk zone at market price is not easy. We would like to compliment Mark and his team at Links for a job well done. The team members who carried out the viewings were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable.
Their advice and support at all times helped us through a very testing time. We can highly recommend Links if you need to sell your property, having moved 13 times in our 62 years of marriage we know you will not find a better team.

I started looking for a properties back in January and Links was the first estate agents that I made contact with. I had never had experience in buying a property before nor did I have a clue on the way things worked but I was coached through thoroughly buy Glenda and occasionally Mark who were great. I didn't up going through with the property as it fell through due to no fault of my own.
4 properties later!!! I ended up back in the hands of Links who were able to take me through the process right up to completion, I cant thank them enough for their customer service, communication and promptness. They were very transparent when they needed to be. They are a great team and couldn't recommend them enough, especially Glenda!

Links were very responsive, professional and friendly with the sale and purchase of properties. They were very easy to get hold of and kept us very well updated, chasing up where needed and this probably beyond the scope they needed to! They made the stressful process as easy as it could be! They seemed to get good amount of viewings on our property and it was on the market very quickly. Would highly recommend using them to sell a property!

In my experience many agents over promise and under deliver. Links don’t.
Whilst it took a to sell the house, that was no reflection on the agent, merely a reflection of the market.
The actual sale was completed in exactly six weeks.

I’m sure there are many estate agents out there who can do the job and buy/ sell houses. However what Links did in my case, was keep calm and carry on, keeping the chain together when things got tough. Communication, confidence and commitment basically won though, when the odds seemed stacked against us. I owe a great deal to this team and can say I’m extremely happy in my new home. Thank you.
