Our property sale took a lot longer than expected because the first buyer pulled out his own reasons. The property was unoccupied and we live a long way away, but the Mickleover office team kept us informed and supported us throughout the process. In particular they carried out the regular inspections required by our insurers, as well as arranging maintenance. Our thanks go to the whole team, but especially Sarah, Olivia, Gemma, and Eve.

I had a really good experience with Hannells from start to finish. Getting a valuation on my property was really quick, easy and all the costs and how they were going to market my home was made really clear and simple. During the viewing process I was kept informed and given plenty of notice about viewings being booked and the estate agents themselves conducted the viewings which worked well for me due to work and travel commitments. When I received an offer on my property Hannells were able to negotiate and get the best price possible for my home. Once I had an offer confirmed I was passed over to Olivia at sales progression. Throughout the entire progression of my sale she has maintained at keeping me updated at every step, sending me regular emails to inform me of any progress made. When I did call for an update, which wasn't often as she would regularly update me, she was kind and helpful and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble which I found great and an opposite to other services used within the sale process, for this I was really grateful. She was excellent at liaising with the buyers solicitors and my own solicitors to establish where we were in the process. In completion of my sale she wasn't available for me to hand my keys over however swiftly called me after I left the office to congratulate me on the completion of my sale. All around a great service from start to finish.
