Brilliant - just brilliant. A highly successful sale at a difficult time in the market. From the moment we met Miles, we knew. He was our agent! Funnily enough, I'd made a decision to go with Goldin Lemcke about 15 years prior to selling my house. A friend had used them and sung their praises. I was really drawn to the fact they were local, they'd been around for years and stood the test of time. They clearly knew their stuff and I just had a really good feeling about them. I am so glad I went with my gut. Both Simon and Miles were awesome from start to finish - I was so happy with them both and Miles was our main agent. Loads in common, much to discuss and just a great connection. He steered me right every step of the way, even when I went rogue! And, I'm so glad I listened to him when it came to the all important decisions. We were in touch several times a day throughout the sale (and my purchase, which had thrown up some difficult bumps in the road, to say the least!) I couldn't have done it without Miles' support throughout this tricky experience. His communication was informative, accurate, fun, hilarious at times...and we just gelled on a business and personal level. For someone like me, great communication is so important - it's actually imperative - and Miles certainly didn't disappoint. In essence, he successfully marketed and sold my house in great time, and got more involved than any other agent would likely have done. Taking things personally and helping to guide a very tricky situation with multiple solicitors through to completion. In all honesty, the chain was successfully completed with the help of my solicitor and vendor (semi-regularly) and both Miles and me (constantly) Miles helped on a daily, often hourly basis to ease the worries of all parties, including a very pregnant buyer and her hubby. He was my rock throughout this and helped me feel like I wasn't alone with things. He was the perfect agent. A true gent, a consummate professional, great fun...and a new friend. I would honestly have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Miles to anyone wishing to sell their house. He will go the extra mile for you and his sunny disposition and intelligent business acumen will guide the process perfectly. Miles, Simon (also completely awesome!!!) and Goldin Lemcke get my vote completely and if you're looking for a great support agent with fabulous communication skills, Libby is your gal. All in all a fantastic team. Thank you so much! XXX
