I sought Wards Property’s help in finding tenants for my newly refurbished property in mid-Sep.
Caroline is very knowledgeable and introduced me the rental market, types of tenants and the letting issues. While struggling with the choice of tenants, rental income and house preparation, my family decided to pull out.
I expressed my thoughts/decision to Wards Property. Unexpectedly, there were no blame, fault-find or hard-feeling words from them during my cooling-off. I sincerely appreciated their understanding and professionalism.

Dear reader,
It was important I took my time over this review , I came into the property market many years ago as a change of career. I had no experience in this field and felt very isolated and lacked the ' nouse ' needed in this very challenging vocation. It was pure luck that I walked into Justin's office in stoke and I wouldn't be here ( having made a few bob) without this man, his son and his team. From the outset Justin gave his advice, experience, strategic planning and knowledge of the market free with no agenda. He was always on the other end of the phone when ever I needed him, I've been in this game for years and have been fairly successful and this has provided me with an array of contacts. Many in this industry are there to make money ( no problem) but will do it at others expense, Justin is honerable, diligent, conscientious and fair, I cannot recommend his company enough, I owe him a big debt, thank you justin

Justin Ward company owner is always avalable if needed and ensures his business work with the strict codes of practice set out by ARLA and RICS.

Wards are the only firm in stoke who actually understand this concept, they managed the tenants and the sale process which was far from straight forward due to external factors and we got there with a good deal for everyone involved.
If I look to re-invest in rental property in stoke Wards will be my first, last and only call.

Lost Key(s) or other Security Device(s)
Lost Key(s) or other Security Device(s) Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new locks and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord & any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £15 per hour (Inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security device(s).

Early Termination
Early Termination (Tenant’s Request) Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
