We recently sold our flat in Dartmouth Park and chose Burghleys as we had used their services 8 years ago when purchasing. Their knowledge of the history of both our flat and others in the block is most impressive. If we had doubts or worries about selling we knew we were in safe hands once we'd had the initial appraisal of the property and consultation with Howard. Because he took the time to reassure and explain his valuation, which was honest and on point, we had no hesitation in choosing Burghleys for the sale. And we were right! We had several offers in the blink of an eye and, with Howard's guidance, chose to take the offers to 'best and final'. We accepted a chain-free asking price offer. As if that wasn't brilliant, things even improved! Our buyer, clearly after discussions with Howard, was both able and willing to facilitate the timing of our completion, after an early exchange, to suit our requirements! The whole process was pretty seamless though did, probably unavoidably, include some miscommunications between solicitors. The fact is that Max is thoroughly adept at 'triaging' calls and helping with hiccups. All our calls and emails were thus responded to with both immediacy and professionalism.
