Among them, Lewis Bird at Bycroft stands out as the most exceptional in guiding me through a property. His remarkable familiarity with the property's details, including history, boundaries, and the surrounding area, is unparalleled. This is a refreshing change from previous experiences with agents who lacked knowledge about crucial elements such as the boiler or consumer unit (and where it is!) Additionally, Michele, has been excellent serving as the sales progression manager, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, understanding, patience and a proactive approach to ensuring a successful exchange.
