From my initial enquiry about having my house valued Kim and Bonnie were extremely helpful in answering my queries. Bonnie visited me a few days later and gave me great confidence about going forward if I decided to sell my house. She ran through the selling process and talked about properties sold recently and the price that had been achieved. Bonnie also suggested minor improvements that could be made to enhance the sale. I was really pleased with the whole process.
