Jonathon and karen was superb. Jonathon sold our house within a week whilst we was away, we also bought a property locally from him aswell. He worked tirelessly and was always available to contact. We couldn't thank him anymore for he and he's staffs services. He puts 110% effort into what he does and is a very polite and friendly individual who has great contacts including solicitors and mortgage brokers. Once again very thankful for he and he's teams hardwork we would 100% recommend him to work with beats any other estate agents hands down. ???

I would definitely recommend Jonathon to anyone looking to sell there home and who would want a more personal approach rather than the agent just wanting the listing their window. We had our home up sale with two agents both represented in the West Malling area, and was on the market 16 weeks with one and 12 with the other. Although viewings were made and carried out there was no sign of an offer forthcoming from either. I came across Jonathon on Facebook and read something on one of his listings that seemed to strike a chord with me and decided to contact him and have a chat. He was knowledgeable of the area and current market, gave us a straight talk aligning our expectations and the realities of values. We went on to the market with him and he produced an offer which progressed to sale. Dealing with him has been a pleasure and easy, communications great always available via the Whats app group he sets up your property and works every lead to the end with feedback that is relevant and honest.

After many months with a high street estate agent with little interest in viewings, we decided to reach out to Jonathan and he immediately gave us very helpful recommendations on what to do to make our house more appealing to buyers (before we’d even decided to move over to him!)
After we had agreed to , he rearranged each room as necessary to take fantastic photos, and had lined up many viewings before his listing even went online and we had an offer within a few weeks.
After the offer was accepted, he remained attentive to us and our buyers until we reached our home. Take a bow, good sir. 👌

We have known of and utilised Jonathan's services many years now and were delighted to learn that he had not only gone independent but had also reformed some of his original team to help him to provide a complete service to his clients.
He has since managed to find a tenant a property that we own in the village and we are very happy with the outcome.
Jonathan and his team were, as always, professional and efficient and always go the extra mile to get the job done.
It is refreshing to work with someone that wants a successful outcome all parties and is not just governed by self interest in the amount of commission that he can earn.
