Brookdale are the best! I have let my property through Brookdale Property Management for over a decade and I wouldn't consider letting through any other agent. They are consistently brilliant, especially when helping landlords such as myself keep up to date with ever changing legislation & selective licensing, which can be quite scary! It is important to me to keep my properties in excellent condition for my tenants, which Brookdale enable me to do. They advise me of any maintenance and repair issues either from regular inspections or the same day that the tenant raises a concern, and then arrange for the works to be done very quickly. Everyone at Brookdale are fantastic, polite, respectful and knowledgeable professionals, but extra shout outs once again for Julie, Tracey, Paul, Mikey and Magda who have all been invaluable to me over the past year. Julie Burke is consistently AMAZING and sorts out any admin issues! Julie & Tracey send me statements & invoices every month, which enables me to keep on top of my paperwork very easily. If I have a property query Paul Glenn, Mikey Tomlinson or Magdalena Smielak are all equally excellent and I cannot praise them enough. It is reassuring to know that I can always count on Brookdale. Thank you Brookdale! I know my property and my tenants are all in safe hands.
