The sale of our property was conducted in a very quick and efficent manner. We found the all staff in the Roy Brrooks organisation to be most helpfull and willing to go the extra mile, in particular we would mention Elaine Edwards for the accurate valuation and her negotiations on our behalf in achieing the asking price. We would also say a big thank you to James Edmonds (our contact throught the sale) who kept us informed on a regular bais and assisted with the minor problems that arrose. WE would certainly use your agency again.

It's a lot of cash, but the percentage was very good in relation to other agents & stacked up well against a local fixed fee company. Worth paying it.
