A very attentive agency - i bought the house from them originally, & a few years later when faced wth a period abroad they were the obvious choice as letting agents. They've been careful to try and get me good tenants, and are good at keeping in touch and all those other little details that make for a great professional relationship. I find they add value to the actual tasks they do, by how they approach doing them, & how they communicate. Branch has a good culture!

Don't use them. They install terrible, destructive tenants who don't pay. And then when you ask them, despite your misgivings, to sell your house after the tenant has moved out and you've repaired the damage, they don't bother to read any of the information you send them... Read Full Review

Far more expensive than Bridgefords and Reeds Rains (by nearly double fees), over £600 compared to £300 at Reeds Rains for letting fees. Be careful hidden fees.

The worst experience I've ever had with estate agents. We have to ask them thousand times to sort even minor issues! They never respond to any e-mail unless you send them 10 emails and CC all their branches. I left my property and they kept sending me text messages about viewings for next 14 days....
