I found Manning Stainton staff to be very professional and helpful, shown around the properties by Rosie who was a superb help, Laura and Shelley dealt with me mainly and John completed the paperwork after purchase agreed. The properties I viewed were marketed at lower than market value meaning that buyers have to guess on a bid price in competition with others, however all staff were very helpful in putting forward my bids and financially verifying me so that I gained my purchase £7500 over advertised price. As I had lost other properties in a similar situation, I was relieved to win this one.

I can’t thank Karly and the team at Oakwood enough for dealing with the sale of my property and going to such lengths to get me the property I fell in love with. Karly kept me up to date with everything that was happening and put me totally at ease, even though it was a rollercoaster we got there with an extra few “counselling sessions” thrown in for good measure from Karly!! This being my first property purchase, I was quite nervous when I approached the agency to put an offer in. However, the agent who dealt with my case, Karly Bibby, couldn’t have been more helpful! She guided me through the process with expertise, kindness, patience and good humour. She translated legal language into normal language. She explained where hold ups were and why. She gave me regular update calls, even if just to say that there were no updates. She liaised with the vendor and solicitors on both sides. She never lost her good humour and positivity. She made, what turned out to be a quite lengthy and complicated process, bearable and it all turned out fine in the end due to her negotiation skills. I will certainly return to this agency in a few years, and hopefully Karly will still be available to take on the next case. Thanks Karly - I am enjoying my new flat! Nic

I have recently sold (STC) my house in Chapel Allerton with the Oakwood Brach of Manning Stainton. Karly Bibby was managing the process for me, although other members of the team (Angela, Jacob etc) have helped along the way.
I found the level of communication from MS wonderful, they really kept me in the loop every step of the way once we had made the decision to go to market and the team did everything they could to secure a good offer on the house and ensure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. I find MS's style far more approachable and understanding than their competitors (who can be quite aggressive and transactional), which is one of the reasons I chose them to represent the sale.
If I were to sell in the area again in the future, I would not hesitate to use MS, and hope that Karly would be available to manage the process again!
