Michael and his team found a suitable buyer for our property within a matter of days of us putting our property on the market. There was no agent 'spin' - they were very straightforward and honest about our prospects, very easy to deal with and better value than other agents in the market. The sale progressed without a hitch. We used Michael on the sale as we had previously used Adam and his team for rentals in the property over a number of years, again without a single problem - they always had success in finding good tenants, were thorough in terms of inventory checks etc, and always went beyond the call of duty to help us when needed. I would thoroughly recommend them whether you are buying or selling, renting or letting.
