Trying to secure a tenancy can be a stressful process, however, I was lucky enough to have found a Letting Agent who make all the difference. From the initial telephone contact (after seeing the property on Rightmove) to the viewing, the completion of the tenancy paperwork to the collection of the keys, Rob Brown was there for me all the way. The process from start to finish was seamless. I would recommend Rob Brown of Balgores to anybody who is seeking to secure a tenancy. For once I encountered a Letting Agent (Rob Brown) who cared about me and my deadlines/move. Rob, I can't thank you enough and hope that others get the opportunity to experience your professionalism. Well done on your promotion to Lettings Manager - it is thoroughly deserved!
