Total professionalism from start to finish. Extremely friendly and helpful at every turn. I was selling a house through probate and was unable to regularly check the empty property due to distance and covid restrictions. Sears and co made sure the property was checked weekly for and kept me informed always. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from Richard and Oliver at Sears. They exceeded all our expectations of an Estate Agent. They offer the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliest, they are pro active and keep you updated every step of the way. We originally marketed with another local agent and after 6 months of little progress and communication we switched to Sears. Richard gave us some sound advice as to how we could market our property differently and within 6 weeks we sold.
We were buying and selling therefore we had contact with a fair few of the local agents and with out doubt Sears is the best. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't waste my time with any other agent.

Sears & Co are unlike any other Estate Agents I have ever dealt with! We turned to them when another agent failed to sell our property after persuading us to market it at (what turned out to be) a very unrealistic price. Right from the beginning Richard and Oliver were friendly, honest and trustworthy. The valuation of our property was realistic, phone calls were returned promptly and I never felt that my (numerous) calls were an inconvenience! We were in a long complicated chain but Richard kept us updated throughout the process and calmly dealt with the multiple problems we encountered. Many thanks to the team at Sears & Co, other Estate Agents could learn a lot from you guys!

Our house had been on the market for some months when we switched to Sears. Richard and Oliver proved to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They conducted all of the viewings and did not waste time taking people round who did not have a real intention to buy, just to keep numbers up. The office staff were also helpful and friendly. Our sale faced a number of unexpected challenges and resulted in some difficult decisions having to be taken. Richard was very supportive and gave sound advice based on what was in our best interest. It was always possible to speak to someone and eventually our sale completed. The Sears' fee was very competitive and well earned. A good job well done.

I would definitely recommend Sears & Co. I would highly recommend Sears and in particular Richard who made our recent house purchase simple and clear. Estate agents often get bad press - often with good reason. If other agents were like Sears and Co that wouldn't happen. Richard was brilliant from the moment we first contacted him to the day of completion. Phone calls were always returned - usually very quickly; all promises were kept. We were always given feedback after viewings (a friend in similar circumstances received none from their agent). Richard took a personal interest in our sale (and that was not just PR) and was as disappointed as we were with poor or unrealistic offers. He always gave good advice when asked. He sets a template for his team to follow - and they do. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sears and Co for the very best and personal service! Thank you for making our sale such a pleasant experience.

From start to finish the process was professionally managed, communication was easy and we always felt in control of the situation. Despite it being a difficult transaction (through no fault of Sears) they dealt with everything that arose quickly and efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We used Sears and Co to sell a property following the death of a family member. We dealt mainly with Richard who was very professional at all times. He provided an accurate idea of value and the listed property was sold subject to contract within a few weeks. Through out the whole process Sears and Co were helpful and provided accurate advice. I will be using them again when we decide to move.
