This estate agent is a complete scam. They have been expelled by the Property Redress Scheme as we have made a complaint about them when they have collected the tenant’s rent and didn’t pay us. We still haven’t got our money back after 9 months. They took the tenant’s deposit as well and didn’t register after 6 months which is completely illegal. We requested the deposit to be transferred to the tenancy deposit scheme which they completely ignored and they currently hold the deposit in their own Bavna account which we know means we will never see that money back either. It’s a shady company and they will tell you all sort of lies just to get your money. They are trading illegally without being a member of one of the authorised consumer redress scheme. Absolutely do not trust this estate agent.

The most irresponsible agency I've ever had to deal with. I do not recommend it to anyone. All your requirements as the tenant will be ignored.
Living in the renting flat via this agency we have so many issues like electricity, a dirty flat (as it was not cleaned properly for our move), the big trash van is near our rented home (it's after previous tenants refreshing) which is almost for 2 months (which becomes more and more every day by other neighbours trash), and all the tries to reach the agency for solving issues like you send messages to the moon. So if you have iron nerves you may deal with them otherwise it's a waste of money and time.
Currently, I'm still with them and now reading reviews on returning deposits I'm so sad about how they will return it to us (((

On moving day the place was a mess- every day since had issues- no gas certificate given- broken smoke alarms- the kitch light smoked due to water leaking through it- the walls were mouldy and falling apart due to a serious leak- floors were caving in- no heating in the lounge. Lardlord who owns the estate agent doesnt care. Ignores calls and does not follow the law They are make your life hard and lie all the time. Save yourself the headache
