Absolutely fantastic service wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate Ajents my elderly parents who have lived in there property over 50 years was very appreciative and stressed about having to move but Peter at steps helped them through the process in my opinion he went above and beyond a real gentleman and certainly not your stereotypical estate agent can’t thank the guy enough.AlsoI must mention Kevin who also was fantastic so if you’re looking to sell try this guys you certainly won’t go wrong

We asked Derek to come and value our property to sell and from the moment we met him we knew our house would be in safe hands with him. As most people do we had multiple agents and no one compared to Derek. Once our property went live we had interest within the first day and part of that is due to Dereks thorough approach to our photos and how the listing was presented. He made sure the property was seen in its true light and even came round to take a second shot as wasnt happy with one of the pictures after it was advertised. He handled the offer process and actual sale professionally and nothing was ever too much for him. Thank you Derek we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to sell our first family home. We would highly recommend both Derek and Steps if you are looking to sell your home.

After seeing three or four selling agents for my Dagenham property , I decided to use “ Steps” and what a wise choice, they were the agent that gave me the best agent fees for my sale.
I dealt with both Richard and peter, and they gave me every confidence that my property would be sold , it was sold within 2 weeks and the sale was completed within 12 weeks .
I was kept fully up to date with the progression of the sale , and you hear about problems with estate agents , but, all I can say is they were extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the area and what was happening in the market .
I cannot speak highly enough of “ Steps” in particular, Richard and peter , and would highly recommend them , a true 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company.

A great agency that we have used for years to manage our leasehold property. Karen and Charlotte where great and always got any work done speedily ( and tge costs where very reasonable). We never had any problems in getting good tenants . Living abroad, this reliability was essential. We had a great, personable and effective relationship.
When it came to selling, we again went with Steps. Kevin Rawlings was great, we quickly had three offers in hand ( unusual at our time of sale ). Exchange and completion happened on the same day.
A great agency with a "can do attitude" useful local knowledge and contacts.
