UR place its amazing! All people who working there are amazing! Was very difficult to get all paper work done because my partner was temporary working abroad... Hassan and all team was very patient and willing to help. NO compaints at all! I have an amazing house just because of UR place :) thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

During 20 years of my research activity in almost 10 Countries of Europe and North America, I had to apply for services of many agencies in order to rent apartments for my family. Following such an experience, I conclude that Ur-Place is the best Agency which really help my family and worked very professionally. I was very happy to meet Mr. Hassan and Mz. Chrystal and get their very efficient support in arranging accommodations for my family. I'm very grateful to this agency.

Hi ive been renting from ur-place.com for over a year now and I have to say its a great letting agency, I've had no problems whatsoever with this agent. When we moved in everything was done smoothly no messing about no hick ups. It was straight forward. Any issue I have had to raise with these guys (which might I add were very minor issues that was nothing to do with the property or its condition) it has been sorted right away. I look forward to renting with ur-place for a long time now as they are a lot easier to deal with than most letting agencies! 10/10 for me! Would reccomend ur-place to anybody looking to rent.

Hassan was brilliant during this process, he waited for me when I arrived late for the initial appointment and was really helpful and informative with the flats I viewed with him. When I dedcided on the flat I wanted, the speed and efficiency with which it was completed was superb.
He has also arranged for me to collect keys and sign agreements to suit my hours. Great service all round and a company I would recommend to use.

The date is in the advert and i got it confirmed in writing via email. The girl on the phone is a bit hmm.. maybe daft? So went down, viewed the flat, suited me and I told the agent - who didn't even bother to introduce himself - i would take the flat. Despite the fact the current tenant disn't even bother to clean up and the flat was a mess!

I called the ur place when i got home and told them i wanted the flat and immediately they wanted both the deposit and the fees! I didn't even have that amount! She than asked if i would want to move in next week and I said no, its for May. She argued with me and said 12th March not May. She said she'd call me back, which she did and said oh sorry but someone already paid the deposit so its no longer available! I said thats odd since its only for 12th May where she said no there must be a mistake. I got no apology, nothing. I never said to hold it as she responded they could only hold it 3 weeks. This company is a disgrace and has unprofessional employees which are rude and have no plan of what they are doing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Send my deposit back when both me and the landlords agreed to it. Dont ignore customer calls Dont try and stab your customers in the back by offering sale of their home without them knowing! A business does well from recommendations this company will no doubt fail very quickly

Rented from this company for a year i was a start tenant £1200pm rent was never late and the house was very well looked after. The deposit was with the DPS service i assumed it was with the landlord direct so never questioned it while we were still renting i guessed it needed to stay there until sale was complete. i then get an email from the DPS the estate agent was trying to reclaim to full amount of £1200 to them i called and asked why he said oh we thought you'd forgot about it click agree for it to go to us we will pay it to you... (Yeah right) i didnt agree with this so said id like it sent via the DPS service to me direct the landlord agreed and still they havent sent it. they are now never available to take my calls!! to top it off robbing me wasnt enough they called the landlord and said they had people wanting to buy the house who didnt need to wait for a sale luckily the landlords have become friends of ours and said they will deal with us only. I will never use them again and never recommend them to anyone!!

Address tenants concerns promptly. Having to leave numerous messages is not only tiresome but arouses suspicion that the company is unprofessional.

No Inventory/schedule of condition provided at tenancy start (not helpful to Landlord or tenant!) and at the end of the tenancy, when we had concerns about the whereabouts of our deposit, several e mails ignored before being told that it had been given to landlord. Lesson: Shabby offices equal shabby properties equal shabby Landlords.
