I rented through AE Residential for 18 months and can honestly say they are the best agents I have ever dealt with. Elio was very helpful and easy to get hold of, and they dealt with every query I had promptly and efficiently. The staff have always been helpful and polite, and it was the most hassle-free renting process I've been through - would definitely go back through them for my next house!

Elio & Lisa are friendly and approachable and will listen to your problems or opinions regarding your Tenancy. They do a good job balancing the tenants wants and tradesmans needs. They even managed to get us a fresh painting overhall to our flat after the electricians had been in. Outstanding :)

AE Residential is hands down the best estate agents I have experienced in my five years of renting properties.
Their personable, trustworthy service differs greatly to any I have encountered before. Elio and Lisa treat you like a human being whilst also providing a professional level of service and what I would consider to be very reasonable rates, especially for Bath! There were several occasions where they went above and beyond for me in personal times, when they didn't need to, and that for me makes them stand out from the rest.
It was with a heavy heart that I parted ways with my wonderful property and with such stellar agents, and wouldn't hesitate for a second to contact them again if I were to return to the area. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in looking for a property in Bath and who wants reliable, professional and best of all personal service.

As a current client of AE Residential I would not hesitate to recommend their professional services to either friends, acquaintances or anyone reading this review.
I have been letting property from them for nearly 2 years now and clearly it's appropriate to make sure that this review accurately reflect the professional nature of their services. These being both personable, professional and also of a high level of quality in both communication and dealing.

Arrived at the property after rent had been paid to an absolute tip. Completely unfinished, unprepared and messy.
Emails were constantly ignored throughout the year with very infrequent visits.
Asked to pay extortionate fees before rental and then unreasonable during the deposit refund stage. Paid �300 to fix one blind!
They do whatever they can to take money from their residents and we never spoke to the actual landlord.
