Belvoir has made a really stressful experience so easy for us! Not only was Nat amazing at advocating for us, giving us helpful advice but she really went to bat for us when we fell in love with our home. Have just gone through the lettings process, as a tenant, with Belvoir and was initially concerned with renting through a huge agency, as I know most large agencies treat you as a number and (usually) do not show any 'cuddly hand-holding' whatsoever!!! We weren't a normal run-of-the-mill family, as we had some complex needs to fulfil (two dogs and a caravan moved with us!) and we had a list of requirements to fulfil. BUT, absolutely fabulous service. From the initial contact with Natalie when we asked her is we could view a property, through to the completing of the paperwork with Hannah (and my many many endless questions) - to the final sign up with Jane, the whole process was well paced, communicative and exceeded our expectations. Never again will I judge all agencies in the same way. Belvoir Grantham, you truly are very professional and most helpful, Thank you. 5***** throughout.

Registered to rent a property as we hadn't found the right house to buy. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been let down and lied to.
