I recently sold my mums house and chose Belvoir to do so. I was attracted by their friendly professional nature, local knowledge, and fixed pricing. From start to completion, I received regular phone calls and updates, and as it turned out, sound advice in respect of property pricing for the area. As a result the house sold in around 6 weeks. I havnt sold a property for over 20 years and was nervous about the process but I would recommend Belvoir, West Derby branch after this experience.

The kept 8n touch with both parties solicitors and made the whole transaction really easy.

She found a buyer with two days of marketing the property and efficiently and professionally negotiated a deal to satisfy both parties.
