Lauren has been amazing throughout everything I have done with Beresford Adams. She has always been positive and so polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Hannah showed us around the property and was also very helpful and polite and has been a great help also. I recently bought a house via Beresford Adams (Bangor). Excellent customer service throughout the process, and a good level of customer care. Martin from Countrywide Mortgages who works from the office, had worked extremely hard make sure I had a tailored mortgage and also went above and beyond of what I expected. Mandy also acted as an excellent agent. Sian's negotiation skills was without doubt a deal maker. I unreservedly recommend this estate agent to buy a hous from/with.

We, as a family, have totally relocated from the CIty to rural North Wales - Naomi and Sara from Beresford Adams in Bangor helped us every step of the way to make this dream of ours a reality - they liased with us every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for them so they really took the stress out of making the move a reality - they were nothing short of amazing .... and still are! NEVER rent from Beresford Adams.
The property I lived at had many problems. There was flooding downstairs, the electrics were constantly tripping, there was no hot water, they wouldn't remove the broken dishwasher or repair the broken washing machine. At one point the landlord did get back to me - and said he'd only fix the faulty electrics (with no mention of any of the rest of it) if I paid half.
And then, when obviously I tried to move out, they strung me along for weeks when I tried to get my referencing sorted. First they didn't tell me about the fee that needed to be paid. Then I had to phone up three times before I was told they needed consent to release my details. I gave them consent... and then when I called to check on the progress, apparently it needed to be *signed* consent. All of this could have taken about three days if they had just told me up front what was needed. Instead it took three weeks.
When you go to Beresford Adams with any problems, they smile and nod and agree that this is awful - and they do nothing. Seven months at the property, and seven months of them providing nothing but false assurances, and me living in a barely habitable property.
Please, never use them. And if you end up using them despite this clear and severe warning, please dick them about a little bit. For me.
