He has gone above and beyond his job to make sure the stressful process of renting a property and moving was as smooth as possible. The agency has been wonderful in dealing with our first property purchase in the UK. Our point of contact was Karolina, who was infallibly prompt and courteous with her work. She always kept us in the loop throughout the negotiation process and her professionalism did not falter even as we snagged upon several obstacles along the way due to the lawyers' miscommunication. Her manager Tim has also been a star with all the effort he has put into negotiations later into the transaction. Definitely an agency to recommend in the area, as we've run into several that were much less engaged at first enquiry, and would probably not have gone the extra mile the way Cannons' agents have.

I'm very excited to say that I have just completed on my first property all thanks to Antony at Cannons. He made the whole process seem so easy and kept me updated with what was happening. I used the broker they put me in touch with for my mortgage as well as their recommended solicitors. I can't say I know much about conveyencing but they managed to get me the keys before the new year and it all went though pretty smoothly. Highly recommended firm always friendly and easy to talk to.
