Abdul Miah was a great help even when my flat was not managed by Chase Buchanan. He took over corresponding with the tenant, defusing a very stressful situation. Dealing with the tenant would have been extremely difficult without Abdul’s constant help and assistance.
I will be using Chase Buchanan again for renting my flat.

I have recently gone through a rental with an agent at this agency named Leah.
She has been profoundly great, helpful and understanding throughout my application.
From the time of viewing right through into the referencing and signage of the tenancy. She had been prompt in responding, patient and super helpful.
Something as stressful as moving and finding a home has been made a very good good experience and I am really greatful to have hade Leah help me through this next step in my journey.

Chase Buchanan has recently acted on our behalf for the sale of my property. They were instrumental in successfully introducing a suitable buyer and were exemplary in ensuring the process was followed through.
They were very good in communicating with us and the buyers and kept us informed every step of the way.
Their staff including the sales negotiators were very active in showing the property and bring the client around for subsequent visits.
Their role in securing the sale is very much appreciated and I would highly recommend Chase Buchanan to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you team for such excellent service.
