Communication was very easy, and we received helpful and quick replies to all our questions. Even though we weren't sure about the flat from simply viewing it online- he suggested we come take a look for ourselves- and he was not wrong!

The worst renting experience in the UK for the past 5 years. I rented my first flat through Chase Buchanan 5 years ago and they completely took advantage of my inexperience. The letting agent was great to deal with and promised professional cleaning before I move in, however things went downhill from there. The flat was not cleaned when I moved and I had to call and insist on cleaning. They did not provide absolutely any support on fixing anything I asked them to, such as heating, oven, etc. They pushed back on everything and told me to fix it myself. After a lot of insisting on my part to fix the heating in November, they eventually sent a plumber and then invoiced me - this was right after I had moved in and definitely not my fault (bleeding radiators). They never fixed the oven and during viewings for new tenants the letting agents broke my lock and refused to admit they had anything to do with it. I was at home when this happened and they had to fix it. Their revenge was to write in the check out report a bunch of lies and make me pay for made up issues. Apart from that they told me I am not allowed to book a cleaning agency for the end of tenancy clean and insisted that I have to pay them to get their cleaners to do the job, which of course was more expensive than what I would have paid otherwise. Needless to say, we know how this goes - after all I moved in in a flat that had not been cleaned. So, why isn't anyone investigating these practices? I am shocked to see they have a 5 star rating on here.

RENTING A FLAT IN TWICKENHAM:
Coming fresh from France, it was not easy for the two of us to find a flat to rent that could suit all of our criteria in the short amount of time we had before the beginning of our school year.
However, Chase Buchanan has been the place for us! Indeed, Lorenc Denizi has kindly welcomed us and his collegue, Chris (who is just as kind and professional) showed us properties that matched everything we wanted: furnished, near the station, affordable rent, etc. The flat we were first introduced to has been an absolute favourite for us, and thanks to Lorenc, we are now happily living there!
Lorenc was of great help for everything administrative and paper-related. Also, he managed to make it work for us in every way, always being there and accomodating so that it could fit perfectly for the two of us.
All in all, we would 100% recommend trying Chase Buchanan Twickenham if you are looking for a property in the area as well as addressing yourself to Lorenc who is professional, kind, helpful and available whenever you need him.
