I have just sold my property through Dacre, Son & Hartley in Ripon. From the start Ben & Chris were so helpful. It hasn't been the easiest sale but Ben & Chris supported me through the whole situation. They put up with my many phone calls, stressing over the sale, I was not once made to feel like I was a nuisance and they always put my mind at ease. We used Dacre, Son & Hartley as we had previously used this agency when we moved to Wath near Ripon in July 2014. They were very helpful and always professional at that time so it was an easy decision to use them again.
We initially decided to move again in October 2017 and sought several valuations for our house in Wath. We then listed our property from mid-October and the sale went through in a fairly short space of time. We had a steady run of viewings which resulted in a successful sale by late November. Our sale was assisted greatly by both the superb range of photos and the positive/accurate write up in the very professional brochure produced by their team.
We checked in regularly to review progress and always received friendly and professional advice and support. We received updates whenever requested and they provided full and positive information and help at all times.
Following the offer of purchase Dacres were so helpful with any scanning, photocopying and sending on information to our solicitor.
We can't thank the whole team enough for a 'job well done' and in particular Elliot, Chris and Andy who were always so helpful to a successful sale and move.
