Beyond horrendous. They don’t even get one star in my book. It wouldn’t let me submit unless I put one star but this is definitely ZERO STARS! I’ve never written a review in my life but it’s been so bad I thought it was only fair to other people out there Who might be considering moving with them! I wouldn’t! They have cost me incredible amounts of time and money and stress that could have easily been avoided. It’s literally one of the worst and most stressful situations I’ve ever had and I’ve moved many times. They have been abysmal! 0 stars be warned!

Avoid these agents!!!
I have been unlucky to rent with them and I have countless stories of their horrible behaviour. DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS!!!
The latest they have done is ask me to pay 120 pounds because I need to stay a month longer in the property due to the COVID-19 lockdown. It's unbelievable how customer unfriendly they are.
ps: don't believe the 5 star ratings because they ask each customer to review them after they have found them a flat. However, the issues start after that; so don't believe these false ratings.

During my apartment search I looked at apartments in the Notting Hill, Paddington & Maida Vale areas in London. Overall was really happy with the help by the agents in all these 3 locations. Namely : (Raxma, Paddington Branch, Matthew Morgan: Maida Vale Branch, Barrington, Notting Hill Branch). They really understood what I was looking for, and constantly showed me new properties that fit my requirements & budget (on top of it they were really patient with me). Overall, super happy with Dexters, would definitely recommend them

Re: my renewal tenancy agreement - I have been dealing with so many Dexters agents (all different people) for the last few months it's just bizarre why they just cant keep one person on a portfolio for that long (high staff turnover?).
Every lease renewal etc there are fees and mistakes from them (really mediocre service here) and I am not surprised there is a breakdown in communication within Dexters somewhere.
My advice: You would rather deal directly with the landlord rather than the Dexters agents if possible guys.
