Recently moved, Entwistle Green were the estate agents dealing with the sale of the property I bought, always found them helpful they rang solicitors etc for me as there were delays with reports and and surveys. After booking a valuation for selling my home I made the necessary agreement for a date and time via Rebecca at the agents. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have completed their side of the agreement by arriving on time as agreed. Or at the very least if there was a genuine mistake on the appointment a sorry wouldn\'t have gone a miss. Ignoring my complaint is disgusting

After booking a valuation for selling my home I made the necessary agreement for a date and time via Rebecca at the agents. I had made special arrangements with my employer to leave early this day to meet the agreed time. To my dismay Ann never arrived. I emailed Rebecca the following day with no response so I called the office. Ann spoke to me on the phone with some story that she said she had called but got no response therefore didn't attend the appointment (i had no missed calls or voicemails on my phone). I advised this wasn't true and asked why she had not been at my home at the stated time. I asked for the managers details and sent an email via Rebecca for urgent contact regarding this. This all happened nearly a week ago with no contact since. I will safely say I wouldn't use this firm if they were the last one available. Disgusting customer service and ignorant to say the least

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
