Very good experience, helped myself & wife set ourselves up in the UK. Only downside was towards the end, where people kept trying to unlock our door (believe they were mistaking it the Airbnb?) which happened multiple times towards end of tenancy, and the lady up from us who kept letting in men... Only downside was towards the end, where people kept trying to unlock our door (believe they were mistaking it the Airbnb?) which happened multiple times towards end of tenancy, and the lady up from us who kept letting in men from downstairs. Only thing I could say to this is signpost or put a paper up people checking in to find exactly which room they're staying in, as they probably misread the numbers.

Facilities were good, it's just a shame of the local area. Staff were very helpful we had a complaint or needed something fixed, never had issues with utilities, and the landlord was very helpfulflexible when it came to our needs.
Overall, very positive, just local area / local(s) causing issue. Not much you can do about that though!

Our experience at Signature Studio Living at Humber Avenue was wonderful. We stayed there more than a year. This is the property we rented in the UK as our first flat to live. And that was the best decision we took. This place is a really nice and a quiet place even though this is 50 bed room apartment. We have 2 communal areas that can be used to have chats with our friends. Over the past two years we had no issue, nothing regarding anything. Also this place is very close to the important places such as Aldi (1min walk) Tesco (3min walk) and cannon park shopping centre. There are two main bus stops 1 in 1min walk and the other one in 4min walk. Most importantly this is a place where we can live easily without a vehicle. Our property manager Ms. Nisha, she is a very nice person and she helped us in every way. And her response level for any query is 200%. I recommend this place to everyone.

Envisage Sales and Lettings has been a wonderful partner in progress.
They were supportive from the first day we stepped our feet into their office, from a friendly customer service, administrative team, letting team, maintenance and the legal team.
They weee quite prompt in responding to correspondence’s but it’s quite understandable that some maintenance issues were beyond them hence some occasional delays were owing to no getting immediate feedbacks from landlord (not making excuses for them though).
I strongly recommend Envisage Sales and Lettings to any prospective tenant/buyer as you will surely be in good hands (trust me).
They weee equally handy to support us with prompt references while looking for new apartment because of urgent maintenance work in our former home.
We are very grateful to the entire team for your support, kindness, goodwill and thoughtfulness.

I have been a tenant since 2020, and I am extremely happy with the service I have received during my time living here. The building is well-designed and maintained, close to many local amenities. It's facilities for disabled tenants were the primary draw for me. As a wheelchair user, accommodation of this standard is very hard to find.
Whenever I've encountered issues or required any repairs, it has been easy to communicate, and any problems I've had have been resolved quickly either over email or in person. Nisha's support and knowledge over the has been invaluable.

I stayed at Humber Avenue for a couple of months and I would describe my stay as amazing. The Property Manager, Nisha, was always available to assist, provided quick responses and solutions to requests and communicated effectively whenever something came up.
Also, security in the building was good as I never had to worry about security issues both in the area and building or loss of my packages.
The only downside of my stay was the poor mobile network access within the building which made it difficult to make or receive regular calls and texts however, the wifi helped in managing this issue.
