Chris at Gordon and Co. Norbury was an absolute pleasure to work with as a first time home buyer. He was super accommodating with the many viewings we asked for, very responsive to our many questions, and just a generally nice person to be looking at houses with. Chris Read from the Norbury branch helped us find our perfect home, and working with him was an absolute delight. He was a credit to the Estate Agency industry; professional, knowledgeable, friendly and punctual.
In what is almost unheard of in our experience of Estate Agents, Chris wasn't pushing for a sale every minute of the visits he took us on, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Chris's relaxed style made us actually spend far more time with him and looking at homes he suggested, as we felt he really listended to our needs.
Chris has real passion in his work and though we won;t be selling for a very long time, when we do, we'll ask Chris to act for us. We would advise anyone looking to sell or purchase a house in the Norbury area to take a punt on Chris and the team at Gordon and Co!
