I had bought my previous home from a different branch of Gascoigne Pees 9 years ago and was totally put off the firm by my experience. I was therefore disappointed to find the house we wished to view was under G-Pees in Cranleigh.
However, my mind was completely changed about the company by the professional service received from Jack Randell. We found him to be informative, courteous, and honest - some may say a rare quality in an estate agent!
The smooth running process has been assisted by his Assistant Manager, Dan Ryan, who we have also found to be helpful and reassuring at all times.
In short, I am very glad we had cause to give Gascoigne Pees a second chance - the Cranleigh branch, and Jack in particular, has certainly shown us there are decent agents out there!

Gascoigne-Pees sold the house for us last month. Gascoigne-Pees sold the house for us last month. As the property was in Surrey and we live in West Yorkshire it could have proved difficult but the way they dealt with it enabled the sale to go through smoothly.
