Personally I cannot rate high enough the work performed by Andrew and Gabby. When the sale completed I felt that they were more than estate agents they were our partners.

I met Andrew on my first viewing of the property, he was there to greet me upon arrival, I found him to be polite and friendly, informative and helpful.
I discussed my budget with Andrew and he said he would keep me informed of the situation, true to his word he came back to me a week later and said the client would be in a position to accept an offer based on my budget. Andrew kept me informed and up to date throughout the process and everything proceeded very smoothly. Gabrielle was there for my second viewing and again was very professional and friendly, she was able to answer all my questions and was always helpful when I telephoned the office. Great service from all concerned.

The process of buying a property has not been straightforward or easy. and not something one would enter into again soon or unless necessary. It was not a pleasure but this was not the fault of the agents.
Andrew and Gabby both worked hard to sort things out but it was clear they were working on behalf of their client, the vendor. There were areas of possible negotiation with the vendor about work needed to be addressed that the vendor rebuffed initially and we felt this was not pursued any further, this was not in our interests and we felt that that the firm nature of the vendor put us at a disadvantage that perhaps Andrew or Gabby could have mediated for us. However they did work hard on the rest of the chain where there were other challenges.
Gabby and Andrew were good at keeping us informed and communicated ell with us.

He came prepared with all the local knowledge required. He suggested �450.000 which was a little more than we expected. He produced a contract on a one page document for only 4 weeks. He sold the house for full asking price well within the 4 weeks.

Andrew came to my home to Value my house and I found him to be extremely professional as well as friendly, genuine and very approachable. He even rolled up his sleeves to re-arrange some furniture to show the living room layout to its potential.
Every step of the way, Andrew and his team have been on hand to answer any questions and queries and have done so with utmost patience and professionalism.

I have 50 years experience dealing with estate agents and recently found my experience with Andrew and Su in the selling of a property to be really excellent. Andrew demonstrated considerable negotiating skills in agreeing the sale price and then stayed in touch with all the Solicitors involved in the chain and kept me fully informed at all times. Professional, good communicators and very helpful is how we would summarise all dealings with Mansell McTaggart - we would certainly recommend and use them again. Having not moved for nearly 20 years we were dubious about dealing with agencies and looked to do online ourselves - however the skills needed from a real person when things go wrong is when it counts - Andrew and Mansell certainly delivered
