Special shout out to Karen from the sales progression team who was a dream to work with! She was with me throughout the sales journey which lasted months and provided me with regular communication updates at every point of the purchase. I was a first time buyer and therefore she was empathetic and patient with me and sometimes she went above and beyond to ensure necessary information is provided to me. Nikki her colleague was key in driving the purchase for me as well when Karen was not around. I could not have asked for a better team.

My heartiest thanks to Sales team at Cardiff Bay especially Becky who first brought the deal to me. She communicated my needs to the seller thoroughly and was very open and honest throughout the transaction. I just want to say MGY is a dream team to work with :)

Excellent professional and supportive service by the team at MGY in the sale of my property, from the initial visit Steph was so enthusiastic about the property and its potential. With the downturn in the market her advice was also very appropriate and resulted in a the eventual sale. From the point of a vendor being identified, Karen in the sales progression team was fabulous in terms of making sure the process was moving along and queries or issues were easily addressed as a consequence. I couldn't recommend the MGY team highly enough - thank you.
