The Redditch office of Robert Oulsnam and Company has been operating for over 20 years now and is one of the leading estate and lettings agents in the town. The properties available from our Redditch branch are in the town itself as well as the surrounding area, including Beoley, Studley, Astwood Bank, Mappleborou
gh Green, and Inkberrow. The office offers properties for owner-occupiers and for investment and rent. The Redditch office is located on Church Green East in the main commercial area of the town, packed with shops and restaurants, in a pedestrianized area opposite St Stephen’s Church and the church green popular with those browsing during their lunch break.

it's difficult to know where to begin with our purchase, it was beset with some issues but through out it all the constants were Eileen and Debbie. I do not believe for one minute that our purchase would have gone through without their help. Even to the end the lack of communication (in part blamed on COVID and in part the SDLT holiday) was an issue but Debbie was on the case for us. Thank you Debbie.

The process was very long as the buyers solicitor was taken over and they kept appointing a different person to deal with the contracts. Throughout this time Debbie maintained contact with both solicitors, the buyer and ourselves. If there was problems she would resolve it by contacting the appropriate person, explaining the problem and asking them to resolve the issue.

Victoria and her team were the third agents I had round to value my house for sale, the other agents undervalued the house and didn't give me the confidence that they were interested in pushing for the best price.
Victoria convinced me correctly that we could achieve more and she was right.
3 viewings later and 3 offers all over the asking price!
Accepted offer £10,500 over valuation!!!
Once offer was accepted, over to solicitors and of course process slows down, however the ladies at Robert Oulsnam chased up the solicitors well and kept me fully informed all through the process.
Cannot thank all the ladies enough as the sale was a probate sale and they made the process as stress free as was possible in the circumstances.
