I had a few local agents around to value the house and whilst others might have had bigger corporate machines behind them, Sean immediately came across as someone who was both knowledgeable about the property market, locally and nationally but also realistic about what our own property would achieve.

I had a few local agents around to value the house and whilst others might have had bigger corporate machines behind them, Sean immediately came across as someone who was both knowledgeable about the property market, locally and nationally but also realistic about what our own property would achieve.
They always ensured we were informed throughout the process - from photography, to viewings to offers. The sometimes chaotic viewing process was handled by Tai excellently and we felt that they always allowed buyers time & space to look around but also were there for questions, as were we, which wasn’t a problem! We wanted to hand our property to someone we thought was going to fit in to the street and benefit from the community. Outlook understood that!
I would highly recommend using Outlook as an agent in this area - they understand buyers and sellers, are hugely professional and efficient but as mentioned before, have a personal non-pushy approach, which we felt was essential to making this process easy - we sold our place in 6 days at almost 99% of asking price - proof is right there!! Thanks guys, Sophie & Anthony

Abbie is a very profesional person, very good in what she is doing i can see that she puts her soul in her job and if you ask for her help be defenetely sure that she will help you . We have been to around 6 agencies before we met Abbie but no one treat us with such professionalism, fast , we have seen 3 properties in less than an hour which was good for us a couple with 2 kids that we are working ...
