Steer clear of this estate agent , missed all of the stamp duty deadlines due to their inept style of chasing. Kept in the dark with no information on how the sale was progressing . The branch manager was at best not fit to do her job and the chaser from Streetly office was at best useless. Alex me on the day of exchange very confused and had no idea we were exchanging on that day . Their commission would be well spent elsewhere .
