I was regularly paying my rent to them on the account Neil gave me(Remax Lewisham business account). After a few months the landlord contacted me saying that I was paying my rent the last months! I was regularly paying my rent to them on the account Neil gave me(Remax Lewisham business account). After a few months the landlord contacted me saying that I was paying my rent the last months! I send all the documents needed to prove that the payments were done on time (bank statements) but they refused to give the money to the landlord saying that they cannot find the payments I was doing to them!! If you don’t want any troubles stay away from them

2 years ago I collaborated with the Re/max agency, with the agent Ali Hazma for renting a house. After 4 or 5 months I closed the contract with them and Ali Hazma confirmed to me that he will take care of closing every contract about the gas, electrical current, council tax, etc. After a year I received a letter with £1057 to pay for the council tax because Ali Hazma did not took care about closing my contract and now he is not answering my emails to solve the problem.
