Very very poor client service.. called on a Tuesday to arrange a viewing they confirmed and said "we will send you an email to confirm" never received it, the next morning I receive a call at 10am telling me the property has been already let and therefore my viewing is cancelled.... 1 - Be polite on the phone (found them quite rude and uninterested) 2 - Ask customer about requirements and locations, maximum budget, etc (basics) 3 - Get customer contact details and ask if they want to be contacted in the future with matching properties (not a simple hi and goodbye and not even thank you for considering us, terrible!!) 4 - Tell customer about other alternative properties if the requested is not available

Terrible lettings agents from a tenants point of view. Unhelpful at the least and useless at best. Struggling to get our deposit returned to us as they believe that they can apply different rules than the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
