Stags Okehampton office is situated close to the town centre, just off Market Street, near Waitrose and there is plenty of car parking. Situated on the northern edge of Dartmoor, Okehampton is an ancient West Devon town,
on the edge of which are the ruins of a Norman castle, now owned by English Heritage and open to the public. Okehampton has excellent shopping facilities, as well as a range of supermarkets and a new hospital. It is well served for leisure activities with a cinema, leisure centre, swimming pool, golf club and the delightful Simmons Park. The A30 provides direct access to Exeter, with its mainline rail, airport and M5 motorway connections.

Professional when dealing with the sale of our house. They were Realistic , good communicators and all staff we had contact with were very supportive..
I feel I have to mention Linda who kept in contact with us on a regular basis she was both frank and honest when dealing with our buyers and ourselves. Which avoided any misunderstandings that could have occurred.

As a buyer, we had a really poor experience. This was my first solo property but and I would have in hindsight appreciated the agent explaining their role in the process. Having to communicate everything first and in fine detail to the impatient seller, to my solicitor and then finally also to the agent was pretty terrible. Additionally, dealing with angry texts and phone calls directly from the seller late in the process was horrific. The agent did not show us around the property so I cannot comment on that. Arranging and collecting the keys was great.
