I have lived and worked in the North Worcestershire area for over 30 years, having been first admitted as an Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1993. I became managing director of my own firm in 2009 after spending several years as partner & head of estate agency with another large regional
firm.
In 2023 I made the decision to take my business under the umbrella of The Property Experts, having been hugely impressed with the incredibly effective range of sophisticated tools, strategies and marketing expertise which I now have access to.
I also realised that the traditional 9-5 business model still operated by most estate agents has fallen badly out of step with the world our clients actually live in. As a personal property consultant, I am now able to provide a first class personal service to my clients, including being available in the evening and at weekends whenever needed.
By working in a smarter and more flexible way I can now prioritise quality over quantity, choosing to work with a smaller number of clients who I can personally advise and look after through every step of their journey.
I live locally with my wife in the village of Wolverley, and away from the office am a lifelong Wolverhampton Wanderers supporter. I also enjoy spending time, particularly in the summer months, exploring the Cardigan Bay coastline.

As someone who's living abroad, David managed the whole marketing process without me needing to be in the area, whilst maintaining good communication at all times.
During the legal process he kept me up to date on any important information from the buyer.
I'd certainly recommend his service to any prespective vendors.
