Fantastic experience using Mark as our agent. It was fantastic being able to reach him at all hours and we felt that he was really working hard on our behalf. He responded instantly to messages, negotiated on our behalf with prospective buyers and was good at keeping us up to date throughout. His photos and video walk through of the property was excellent and I’m sure this contributed to getting prospective buyers through the door. We would definitely use him again as his service was far better than a conventional estate agent. He delivered when other agents failed and his proactive approach was refreshing.

Mark was available extended hours of the day which meant that we could share updates and ask questions as and when they occurred and communication lines were open between all parties.

Mark has been wonderful to work with and we would throughly recommend him, he is extremely professional and very helpful in explaining elements of the purchase process when my own solicitor was not contactable. We set a meeting with Mark Manning he was very knowledgeable easy to get on with and we were impressed, we signed up , photo and video shots booked quickly very informative and wow just wow I wanted to buy my own house lol.
It did not stop there. House marketed bookings for open day before even going on right move.
2 offers on open day and we sold.
Mark was on hand and responded to me very quickly

Mark was very easy to deal and was very professional. He was contactable at any time of the day, including weekends.
Our deal was complete within two months mostly thanks to Mark making the process smooth and ironing out and issues and requests that we had.
He had excellent knowledge of the property, and the surrounding area, and was able to answer most of the question we had on the day of the viewing. The few that he was unsure of he got back to us the same day with a definitive answer.
Overall Mark made the process very easy and hassle free.

Mark was the best agent I used to sell My house. I had tried three other local agents with no joy. Mark took amazing photos and took an enormous amount of care over them. Then throughout the process he went the extra mile to get things moving. My health was not good so he helped with moving things about, trimming the hedge on the property and finally arranging a lock change and keys on his own account. I have not experienced that level of service in the estate agency business! And of course, the basics of effective communication was prompt realistic and timely. Thank you for everything Mark!
