I couldn't be happier with the service recieved from Laura Howard in the barnehurst branch. Unfortunately I didn't buy my property through her and that has disappointed me the most! She was helpful cheery and always honest with me. She took care of the mortgage and solicitors side for me and the service from them has been great too! I would recommend ward and partners to all my friends and family and really do hope when I come to sell she will be able to help me! I spoke to the manager a few times and he is very pleasant too ( can't remember his name)

The staff in the Barnehurst branch are welcoming and helpful. I dealt with Anita and Sam who are both very good. I don't usually write reviews but I have to express my satisfaction with the excellent and professional services we received at Ward & Partners, Barnehurst Branch, Bexley. We had been looking for a good property in good location for quite awhile. We were getting tired but we prayed that God we would help us to find something special.
Anita Rahl from Ward & Partners in Barnehurst was truly God sent.
Anita emailed us a great property just like we had prayed for.
She was absolutely friendly, jovial yet highly professional, courteous, informative and very helpful.
She promptly booked the viewing for us and the property was in an amazing condition,
The vendors were very friendly and lovely
We immediately made an offer on the property and we God's help, it was accepted.
Anita and all the team at Ward & Partners took the stress and hassle out of house hunting and are excellent in all respect. If there was an award for the most friendly and professional estate agent these guys would come highly recommended
They are brilliant and nice people to deal with.
Nothing is too much trouble for Anita and the team at W&P, even when they had to graciously cancel the viewings of many other potential viewers. 

The independent mortgage advisor Andrew Ray who has his office at W&P, was brilliant, friendly, very knowledgeable and talked us through all the options. I have no hesitation in recommending his service to others.
To all those in the Bexley, Barnehurst , Erith, and Welling, we highly recommend Ward & Partners estate agent - they are absolutely brilliant.
Try them - you will be delighted and then pass on your gratitude by recommending them to others.
Great service and Support from a great estate agent..

Lovely chap, over exceeded my expectactions! Buying through them was much easier than I initially thought as most agents have a bad reputation.... Kevin recommended a solicitor for me to use which at first I was skeptical about as I had a solicitor I had used in the past, but he said it would help him update me and keep the whole process smooth...and it did! Could not recommend them enough, especially Kevin, whom is the manager of the office as well.

Wards could not do enough for me.Kevin the branch manager there was brilliant from the off.He was always there for me and even went the extra mile and gave me his mobile number for out of hours calls if I needed him.Luke was great also.They would always return my calls unlike the agent I bought from.Not naming names there, but they were based in Bexleyheath. Please choose carefully when selling your home and ward and partners come highly recommended from me.Their marketing is 2nd to none and they go just that extra mile in making sure the finer detail is to perfection.

I was attempting to buy a house through Ward and Partners following the recent death of my husband and needing to downsize.
I disliked the methods of marketting which Ward and Company employ ie. 'price ranging' and 'offers in excess of' as I think this encourages 'bidding wars' and old fashioned 'gazzumping'.
Having found a property I wished to purchase outside of the area in which I currently live I expected the same level of professionalism and communication I have continually experienced with the estate agent who has sold my property. In this expection I was sorely disappointed. I have found staff at the Dartford branch to be uncommunicative in any meaningful way, ill informed and at best, evasive. Stronger terms come to mind but I will emphasise the word 'evasive'.
I had commissioned and had carried out a full structural survey only to find a few days later that the vendor had completely changed the goalposts of the sale and what was a small and complete chain had becomea much longer and incomplete chain. Ward and Partners had made no attempt to inform me of this change and it only became known by the diligent research of my own estate agent. As I no longer felt able to trust the integrity of Ward and company nor the vendor, I withdrew from the sale.
My experience has left me no doubt that I would never use Ward and Partners again regardless of any attractive properties they may have available for sale.
