I've been using this agency to manage my rental properties a now, and it's been a really smooth experience. I usually deal with Georgia (and sometimes Herdip), and they've both been great—professional, friendly, and always quick to help when something comes up. It's a real relief knowing everything's being handled properly, and I appreciate how easy they are to communicate with. Definitely recommend them you're a landlord looking a reliable team.

But the worst part was when we decided to move out of the property and they wrongfully claimed that we damaged the curtains etc which we first complained that they were not in good condition when we moved in.

But the worst part was when we decided to move out of the property and they wrongfully claimed that we damaged the curtains etc which we first complained that they were not in good condition when we moved in.
They are fradulent and want to make money out of tenant by wrongfully claiming damage costs which we haven't done in the first place.
They claimed the coffee table or carpets were stained but they were in full working conditions. We were schocked to see them making such claims they never paid heed to our issues reported during our tenancy.
Never ever use these letting agents property- one they will never be available solving the issues you face and second they will put claims finding small spots or damages you haven't done to withold the security deposit.
