Right from our first meeting to discuss the property we have been very impressed with all aspects of the service we received from Winkworth. Everyone worked hard on our behalf but I wanted to make particular mention of Kirstie, who did many of the viewings, including the crucial one that achieved the offer, and then guided us through the whole process through to completion last Thursday. Having Kirstie advise us and keep us informed meant the whole process was relatively stress-free for us, which in our experience is quite unusual for a property transaction. When we next sell a property I will have no hesitation in returning to Winkworth in Cheam.

He was very open in the negotiation phase allowing us to fully consider and understand offers without pressure and he was never a "hard sell" type of agent. Once we had accepted an offer, he managed the buyer for us while we had to sort out some legal issues and it was comforting to know he was representing us fully.

I found Winkworths staff to be both efficient and friendly. Both the staff member who showed me around the property and the one who dealt with the sale were very helpful and at no point did I feel pressurised or like any question was too much trouble. The agent involved in the purchase of my property was extremely helpful and helped to move things along smoothly, chasing both sides solicitors etc. All in all I have had an excellent experience of Winkworths and would definately use them again and recommend them for buying and selling.

The engagement process at Winkworth at Cheam was very straightforward. We found the partner, Shaun to be personable and understanding of our situation and not a 'sterotypical salesman'.
We had plenty of viewings but on a couple of occasions things were not left as they should
, ie. blind left up at front of house, mud trodden across kitchen floor and mat (which had to be washed!), power shower turned on and water splashed. On one occasion the back door was left unlocked for a short time before the agent realised and returned to lock it (she rang to let me know).
The arrangements and viewings were conducted by Susie who we found to be rather 'quick' on the telephone and not very personable.

I have given the Cheam Winkworth branch an excellent rating for many reasons, firstly they work so hard to get people round to view. Our property was located on a busy road and had much work needed in order to bring it up to standard, not an easy property to sell. They were courteous and professional in every way and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We achieved an offer way above what we had hoped and were over the moon. When the first buyers pulled out of the sale they worked hard to secure another offer which we had within days. Than you to Shaun and all the staff at Winkworths.
