I have now had a property rented through Winkworth for just over a year now. In the initial stages, prior to the let, Winkworth guided us through the rental process and helped us to get in tenants who we believe are both reliable and are looking after the property. Since the start of the rental itself, there have been a few issues raised by the tenants, not unsurprisingly, but these have been dealt with in a professional manner, using quality and reasonably priced subcontractors as required. I would be happy to recommend Winkworth as letting agents (and they were also very professional in successfully achieving a sale for us a couple of years ago!).

The fees were commensurate with the effort and due diligence put in by Winkworth and certainly much less than our previous incumbent. Our only regret is that we did not choose Winkworths at the outset.

We moved to Stephen & his team in July 2017, after a beauty parade with two other agents and a less than satisfactory 8 months with one of the international agencies.
In less than six months the Winkworth's team had amassed over 50 individual viewings and many subsequent 2nd viewings in a difficult market.
After several offers, Stephen secured the ideal purchasers who shared the potential and space of our 5 bed new build.
