I choose Winkworth because I had had a good experience as a buyer when using their Putney office. From the start, the Weybridge team provided a clear and accurate assessment of current market conditions and worked with me in setting a realistic marketing price. A large number of viewings ensued and after little more than a week I received an asking price cash offer. The follow-up attention to detail from Sam Taylor was strong, with regular updates informing me of the buyers progress and that of their solicitor. With only a few glitches, the process came to a swift and pleasing conclusion and i was delighted with all aspects of the service I received from Winkworths Weybridge.
