We had the pleasure in selling and buying a property through WPR and James.
In terms of selling our property, James and the team were superb in getting the brochure done and working with us to get the best price and best buyer. The help that Sarah provided was brilliant and between James and Sarah they are a fab team and always on hand to answer queries and provide help and support. We were listened to at every step and the stakeholder engagement and guidance with all parties was superb.
When it comes to finding a new property I can only say WOW. It felt like we were being looked after by a family member. James listened to every detail and took onboard our tough to find wish list but he found our DREAM & FOREVER HOME. I am not an easy guy to please and no matter what the wobble or issue, James was just phenomenal and his service was and is WORLD CLASS.
Nothing was too much trouble and everyone says selling/moving is stressful and we found is a breeze thanks to WPR and James. The number of amazing contacts that helped on the journey was outstanding and if you are thinking of buying or selling in this areas, be smart and go into WPR today

This was the third time I have sold a property through Warren Powell Richards and once again the quality of service was excellent.
From the initial market appraisal and valuation with Darren, who has a wealth of local knowledge and was always willing to offer advice, through to the sale of the property with James who calmly and professionally managed the process which wasn't without it's problems. A mention to for Sarah who looked after all the administration very promptly and efficiently.
First class as always and I highly recommend them.

Complaints Procedure

1. Please raise your complaint with the team member that you have been dealing with. If that team member cannot immediately resolve the issue to your satisfaction then please put the complaint in writing addressed to the Warren Powell-Richards Partner for that particular branch.
2. Warren Powell-Richards will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days and we will undertake a thorough and full investigation.
3. You will receive a written outcome of the investigation within 15 working days
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of that investigation please write to Tim Buxton, Senior Partner, Warren Powell-Richards at either our Alton offices, 78 High Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1EN or via email t.buxton@wprhomes.co.uk. He will undertake a detached, further and full investigation and review the circumstances. If the complaint directly concerns Tim Buxton then we have an independent arbitrator who is a retired managing director of a national firm of estate agents who has agreed to independently review complaints on our behalf. Details will be furnished at that time.
5. You will receive a written statement setting out the review findings and expressing the final viewpoint of the Company. This concludes the Companies internal complaints procedure.
6. From initial receipt of your complaint until the final viewpoint letter should be no greater than 8 weeks.
7. Warren Powell-Richards are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme. If you are dissatisfied with the final outcome you can refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman at Milford House, 43 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2BP. www.tpos.co.uk You have twelve months to do so.
