If you need a reliable and honest estate agent that’s going to get you results. Choose Grant & Woodholls. They have been fantastic at finding tenants our lettings property over the years, always attentive and picking good and nice people to take care of our property.
Grant in particular is always available and just overall fantastic to work with. Communication is clear and he goes above and beyond. Grant has helped me with matters outside of his obligation where I had terrible service with estate agents outside of his remit. Coming from someone who worked in the industry 7 years, I’ve dealt with a lot of poor estate agents over my time, but Woodholls are the best agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

This has been by far the best experience with a lettings company but huge gratitude to Grant who has been superb over the past 4 years. Communication has been great, very responsive and fair. It's such a shame we had to move but we enjoyed privacy and the next tenants will be lucky to deal with Woodholls

I used Woodholls to sell my maisonette in 2021 and was extremely happy with their service. It wasn't an easy task to try and sell this type of property during and directly after the pandemic but Grant remained determined to help us and after multiple hiccups, we eventually secured a buyer.
I actually tried another local estate agent during the long process of trying to sell and I had valuations from others but I wasn't happy with the interactions and service from the other agents compared to Woodholls, particularly around valuations and a realistic purchase price.
I would thoroughly recommend Woodholls for straight forward and honest advice about selling your property and their dedication to helping you through the transaction.
